Cancellation Policy

VisYOUnary Wellness Terms & Conditions Payment & Booking Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Recurring subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime. Cancellation & Rescheduling Individual sessions are non-refundable once booked. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows will be forfeited. Package sessions must be used within the timeframe stated at purchase (typically 30 days) and follow the same cancellation policy. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared. Energy healing is intended for personal growth and well-being and is not a substitute for medical or psychological care. VisYOUnary Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates boundaries or behaves inappropriately. Results & Outcomes Energy work often results in insights and transformation, but experiences vary. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes. Intellectual Property All content, tools, and materials are the property of VisYOUnary Wellness, LLC® and may not be copied or shared without written permission. Legal Disclosures (SB-577 Compliance) Alexandra Byrnes is not a licensed physician. Services are complementary to healing arts licensed by the State of California and are not medical in nature. A written disclosure will be provided prior to your first session in accordance with California law. Code of Ethics This practice follows the Code of Ethics for Intuition Medicine® Practitioners. This includes a commitment to confidentiality, non-judgment, spiritual integrity, professional boundaries, and referring out when appropriate.
